A firefighter was secured to a chain-link fence to reduce the risk of the woman falling, and crew members talked to her as another firefighter in the basket of the ladder truck was moved toward her position.

When the woman tried to move away from the ladder truck, the firefighter attached to the fence pinned himself and her so the ladder truck could position under them.

She was placed in the truck’s bucket and brought down to the ground at 1:11 p.m. No one was injured.
