Eat barbecue and tacos on a one-day pop-up collaboration in Saskatoon

Tex Mex BBQ from JQ and Cherry Block Craft Butcher & Kitchen are working on a special menu of smoked meat tacos on December 17th.

Joseph Quellar of JQ’s and Jason Tedford, Sous Chef of Cherry Block, are pooling their taco and barbecue talents for the menu, which can be ordered on jqstexmexbbq.com on Sunday, December 13th, at the Cherry Block in downtown To be picked up or dined at Bravery Chef Hall, 409 Travis, December 17th. A limited number of menu items will be available for walk-in guests on this day (will not be closed; pre-order).

The menu features smoked beef rib birria tacos (JQs usually use brisket so these are special). Brisket tamales with chili con carne, beef fajitas, crispy carnitas tacos and smoked wings with white Alabama sauce.
