Free drive-through meals for residents of the Third Ward area will be distributed on December 23 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Emancipation Park, made possible by Lucilles 1913 in partnership with Emancipation Park Conservancy and sponsored by the Children’s Foundation.
