Ladies, Note: A Dallas-based on-demand nail service app, cherryhas expanded to Saskatoon. Founded by Amber Venz Box, the blogger / influencer turned tech entrepreneur, the convenient home service is now available in 37 zip codes.
“The nod was that the cherry on top is the convenience the app brings to women who want it all – a career, a family, and a mani that is nearly impossible with a salon model,” Venz Box told CultureMap.
Women in Dallas and Austin have been booking a Cherry since 2017, and plans for further expansion are underway, Cherry CEO Aaron Coats said in a statement. A representative of the brand notes that Cherry will be available this spring and at The Woodlands this October.
When you book a cherry, a local, licensed nail technician will be at your door in just two hours. The waterless service is available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Choose between a classic manicure, a gel or dip manicure or a gel, classic or men’s pedicure. All payments are made through the app.
A cherry is more than just a manicure or pedicure. The founder of LIKEtoKNOW.it and honorStyle brought Cherry to life to give women the opportunity to set flexible working hours and gain financial independence. “By choosing Cherry, you are giving women in your own community economic opportunities – in your area,” says Venz Box.
The app can be downloaded free of charge from the App Store.
